Translatomics sequencing (Ribosome Profiling, Ribo-seq) is a high-resolution ribosome occupancy (ribosome footprinting) analysis technique capable of precisely deciphering mRNA translation status, revealing post-transcriptional regulatory mechanisms, and exploring key processes such as translation initiation, translation rate, and translation stalling.

Ribo-seq
Detects active ribosome regions, calculates translation efficiency (TE) and translation rate, and deciphers the real translation levels of mRNA
TRAP-seq
Targets translation activity in specific cell populations or proteins to study cell-type-specific translational regulation
5P-seq
Specifically analyzes translation termination sites to decipher ribosome dissociation mechanisms
